At ArvexaLabs, we aim to keep Customer satisfaction at the highest level in our digital software, strategy, and installation services. However, since the services delivered in electronic environments are technically impossible to return in physical scope, the following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.
There is no refund for digital products whose passwords have been transmitted, installed, and preparations initiated via source code in the following cases:
In projects that have been processed and have spent effort hours after customer approval, the cancellation fee is calculated by deducting the amount of "Spent Man-Hours/Effort".
Since costs such as Domain, Server/Hosting, SSL certificate, third-party API licenses purchased on behalf of the customer for software projects are entirely paid outside to vendor companies, these items are strictly non-refundable.
Your approved refund requests will be transferred by our accounting department to the bank (credit card or wire transfer) account from which you purchased the service within 14 business days at the latest after billing and deduction transactions are completed.
